Before stepping into any care home or supported living unit, our carers complete an intensive induction covering professional standards, safeguarding boundaries, dress code, and confidentiality.
Skills for Care CSTF Mandatory Modules
Full theoretical and practical refresher certification across all mandatory healthcare standards including Safe Moving & Handling, Infection Control, Basic Life Support, and Fire Safety.
Specialist Condition Competencies
Additional specialized training pathways in Dementia Awareness, Autism & Learning Disabilities, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), Mental Capacity Act & Deprivation of Liberty (DoLS).
Ongoing 1:1 Supervision & Development
Continuous professional appraisal, periodic spot checks, reflective practice sessions, and structured support to help carers progress towards NVQ Level 2, 3, and senior care leadership.
